What is Kamagra?
Kamagra is a generic form of Viagra with the same active ingredient - Sildenafil.
This means that the effect of Kamagra is exactly the same as from Viagra. Kamagra can be sold because the patent for Viagra has expired and the medication can be produced
by other
manufacturers, although under different names.
How long does it take for Kamagra to be effective and for how long does the effect last?
The time it takes for Kamagra to work varies from person to person, but usually it takes between 20 minutes and one hour. Kamagra should therefore be taken 30 minutes
before
sexual activity. Studies show that over half of the patients achieved effectiveness within 30 minutes.
For Kamagra to work, it is important that you are being sexually stimulated. The effect lasts up to five hours after intake of tablet, i.e. the time during which you more
easily can obtain and sustain erection.
This does not mean that men who have taken Kamagra will have erections that last for several hours. Clinical trials have not reported cases of priapism, i.e. persistent
erection that lasts more than 4 hours. (However, after approval of Kamagra in the US on March 27 1998, there were a few reported cases of priapism.)
Can you take Kamagra along with other medications?
If you are being treated with other medications, you should consult your doctor regarding taking Kamagra in combination with those other medications. It is also important
to
be aware of that Kamagra increases the blood pressure lowering effect of nitrates. This entails that a combination of Kamagra and nitrates can cause strong drops in blood
pressure. Therefore, patients who take nitrates should not take Kamagra.
Can a patient who take Kamagra drink alcohol?
You should avoid drinking alcohol in combination with taking Kamagra. The reasoning is that it is well known that alcohol has a negative effect on sexual function.
How many tablets can I take?
We recommend that you don't go over the 100mg dosage.
